About

The Center

The Friendship Center is a welcoming space that offers a variety of facilities for everyone to enjoy! Our gymnasium/hall, complete with a kitchen, is perfect for hosting events, community gatherings, and fun activities. We also have a cozy family room with a TV, where you can relax, unwind, and spend some quality time together.

Our dedicated staff love to work together with other agencies to bring you the best programs and services possible. We’re excited to be part of this wonderful community, and we can’t wait to see you at the Center!

Membership

Everyone is welcome to become a member of the Friendship Center. The token membership fee of $2.00 provides members with an opportunity to  vote at the Annual General Meeting held in September of every year.

Volunteers

As a non-profit organization, we value our volunteers a great deal!  As a  volunteer, your participation is up to you; depending on the amount of time you have. Volunteer services are an important part of the success of this organization.
If you are interested in helping others within the community, please drop by the Port Alberni Friendship Center (PAFC) for more information or give us a call at 250-723-8281.
